Mineral Mountain Mining and Milling Company currently holds two existing gold projects, one in the Flat District of Alaska, the other located in Lewiston, Wyoming.
Flat, Alaska is an excellent address for gold. Flat is Alaska’s third largest placer gold district, with 1,453,000 ounces of gold produced through 1990, along with by products of silver, tungsten and mercury. Our project is 35 miles north of the Donlin Project which is being developed by Barrick/Nova Gold with reserves of 39 million ounces of gold.
The Lewiston, Wyoming Property is a near term producer. The mine also has access to an existing permitted mill. The potential for this property to develop into a one million ounce plus resource is excellent. The geology of the archean orogenic gold systems is well known and produces rich, long lived mining operations, e.g. Yellowknife, Yukon, and Red Lake, Ontario.
The company currently has three additional acquisition targets; the Friday Open Pit Deposits in Idaho, currently held by Premium Exploration, the Gold Hills District in Utah, currently held by Desert Hawk Gold, Inc. and the Terra Project in Alaska.
The company’s shares are trading on the U.S. pink sheets under the symbol MMMM.
